MIG Welding, or GMAW, is a process you use to join your balancing figure stand to your base. Use this site, http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/welding-safety.htm, to find out about safety when welding, and produce a how-to-guide to make sure you're safe when carrying out this process.

Brazing

You all saw, some of you did, some brazing during the lesson. Produce a step by step guide showing how to braze. A picture of the brainstorm done in the lesson is attached. Due in Thursday

Investigate and produce a poster that explains what brazing is. Things to include are H&S, gasses, how it differs to welding.

Executive toy designs

Complete your final designs for your shape (must fit inside a square measuring 100mm x 100mm). Your drawing must have dimensions (sizes) on it. These must be finished in order for you to start practical work next lesson.
